The tour proceed and continues with a visit of the rooms where the 'black gold' is produced, aged, and preserved within ancient wooden barrels. There are barrels made with different wood to give the right smell and taste at the balsamic vinegar. You’ll taste different vinegar with different ageing, from 20 to 100 years old. The tour will end with an Emilia Romagna typical products tastings.
